You agree to assume all risks and hold “I Am Tech SOS” harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of these services. You understand that “I Am Tech SOS”’s liability is limited to the total fees paid for the services rendered and does not cover indirect or consequential damages. This waiver is governed by the laws of California, USA.

Payment Agreement
1. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due upon delivery of goods or completion of services (Cash on Delivery).
2. ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit Card
- Venmo
- PayPal
When making payment, please reference the invoice number to ensure proper application of funds.
3. LATE PAYMENT FEES
A late fee of 1.5% per month (18.0% annually) will be charged on all overdue balances. Outstanding balances may also be subject to interest charges at the maximum rate permitted by law.
4. SUSPENSION OF SERVICES
I Am Tech SOS reserves the right to suspend services or withhold delivery of goods for any account with overdue payments. Services will not be resumed until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes regarding payment or these terms shall first be addressed through direct negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These payment terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the California, United States.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
